Why should Shopify stores send order updates via WhatsApp instead of SMS?

WhatsApp order notifications have a 98% open rate, support branded verified headers, display interactive live tracking buttons, and allow customers to ask support questions in the same chat thread, reducing 'Where Is My Order' (WISMO) support tickets by up to 60%.

What are the 4 key order notification milestones I should automate?

The 4 essential milestones are: 1) Instant Order Confirmation receipt, 2) Order Dispatched with carrier tracking link, 3) Out for Delivery morning alert, and 4) Delivered confirmation with a feedback / review link.

How does Manggo Labs pull live courier tracking links?

Manggo Labs integrates with Shopify fulfillment events and Indian 3PL shipping aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, Pickrr) to dynamically inject live AWB tracking URLs into Meta-approved Utility templates.

What is Meta's rate for Utility order confirmation messages in India?

Meta charges approximately ₹0.11 to ₹0.13 per delivered Utility message in India (significantly lower than marketing templates). Manggo Labs passes this official Meta rate directly with zero platform markup.

Can customers cancel or modify their order directly via WhatsApp updates?

Yes. You can include interactive quick reply buttons (e.g., 'Edit Address' or 'Cancel Order') that automatically update Shopify order tags or alert your support team in Manggo Labs' shared inbox.
